Sooo the multiplayer KaM community grew so much that there is competitive scene? Well i must have missed something important while I was absent. Otherwise what is the purpose of creating of clan?

There's no competitive scene. The only big clans I know of are: RA (~25-30 members), CN (well maybe not exactly a clan but all the Chinese players wear this tag while playing...~10 or more members) and IG (a clan of various good players from international KaM forums, ~10 members). There are 3-4 smaller clans too (I don't know them well). At the moment though, I heard only of a few clanwars (RA played against IG twice and against some smaller clans a few times as well) but a few games is not enough to call it "competitive gameplay"

Wubek, we created our clan in April 2012 with my old friends from Russian fansite. The purpose of creating clan? At that moment, we haven't PRO players in Russia (expect ImmoralFen and maybe Andreus. Me and Lord were weak after big pause). Goal of our clan was training of players from KaMclub. Our clan grew, but only any players were active. We kicked one, invited others ( Mike, Frans, Mercenary)
In September - October we decided to invite our foreign friends in clan (like Shadaoe, Sylvain, David, Bence etc)
We bought new strong players. Competition in our clan grow.
Now I can say, that skill level of our players has grow. We can competite with others strong players and clans.

at first,i want to say that it is a very good forum,there is forum have Russian language,it is good for me,thank cool forum,and moreover we write post on this forum because we know that Polish players are very good players i know that sado,woloshek,Luki,Bo_co and etc it is good players for me,and we want invite all player which want to join in our clan,we are studing and we spend training with each other, Finally,we glad to see all player which want to join in our clan,Welcome and thanks guys!!
